| It happened a few years ago, my first 'experience' with a horse, now I own several and enjoy myself with them. Sometimes taking 2 or 3 of them in one night while my husband photographs and videos the sessions.By day I'm an area sales manager for a reasonably well known brewer and this means I have to travel all over to set and check sales targets.One day I was driving to a pub because our local rep ill and the contract was running out. The Landlord owned several other pubs in the area so it was a pretty big contract and we were fighting a tempting offer he'd had from another brewery.I've never trusted company cars, so I opted for the cheaper option of I buy the car, the company runs it. So I get all my running costs paid for, this in turn means the car gets serviced on time. I was in the middle of nowhere, to the left of me were hills and valleys, with only the road cutting through. In the distance were a couple of farms, but they were miles away. I was well and truly lost.The weather was horrible, huge thick black clouds and pouring rain with flashes of lightening. It was not the sort of day to be out and about, not even in the warmth of the car. I was driving along when the car suddenly started making this funny grumbling noise and chugged to a halt. I tried turning over the engine but all I could get was a click!I grabbed my bag and searched through it for my mobile. "Dam! No signal" I muttered to myself as I wondered what to do next. Well there was nothing for it, I'd have to walk to the nearest house and call for help from there. I put on my coat and grabbed my bag then stepped out into the wild and wet weather. After about 45 minutes of walking trying to, (very unsuccessfully), use my handbag as an umbrella a car came up along side of me. "You look wet love" said the driver sticking his head out the window, "Want a lift?""You bet ya" I said almost running to the passenger side of the car. I know it's not wise to get into cars with strangers but this was an emergency, sort of. "I'll turn the heater on, you look soaked" he said as he started to pull away.I turned on one of the vents and held my hands against the warm air. It almost felt better than sex!"Thanks for the lift" I said"You're welcome, that must have been your car back there at the road side" "Yes, it just stopped""Well I saw some kids nicking its wheels" "WHAT????" I exclaimedThe driver laughed, "I'm sorry, I couldn't resist"I started to laugh with him, I didn't feel as cold as I did and I'd stopped shivering, "A man with a sense of humour, that's a nice find""I think I was the one who found you, but who's keeping score anyway? So where you headed? I live about 5 miles down this road at a farm. You can use the phone if you want to""Oh to some pub, I'm a brewery rep""My kind of woman! Good looking, soaking wet through and has connections in the beer trade. I'll bet I know what your imperfection is?""What?""You're married right?""I am, sorry" I giggled. "But all's not lost, if you don't mind I'll get to hang around while a breakdown truck gets here for my car""Well there is that" he said, "I may even make you a coffee if you're nice to me""Oh yeah? And what would I have to do for a hot shower and my clothes drying?""Ohh lets see now .... You could let me scrub your back, and your front for that matter""Coffee will be fine" I said half joking half being serious. I wasn't sure how to take off of this. This guy wasn't bad, he wasn't gorgeous but he wasn't ugly either. And he was flirting like mad with me and I was responding back. I wasn't sure about this at all. Of course I wasn't about to cheat on Rob, but I was heading that way with this guy. He was nice, he was easy to talk to and had a wicked sense of humour. At the same time he was totally direct while being none threatening, in fact, if I didn't know better I'd have said he was Rob!"Oh OK" He said shrugging his shoulders "Just coffee it is then, but if you want a shower you can have one. We have a dryer so your clothes won't take long""We??" I questioned with a very concerned voice. It never occurred to me that he might have someone at his house"My wife Vicky, she'll be there""Oh your wife" I said sounding extremely relived "I hope she won't mind you taking home strange women""I do it all the time, sometimes strange men too!"We chatted and occasionally flirted as we wound our way through the valley and eventually we arrived back at his farm.The rain was still coming down in sheets as we ran to the back porch across the half cobbled, half mud courtyard. He entered the house first with me close behind. "Hi honey I'm home and I've found you a girlfriend" he bellowedA dark haired woman of about 40 appeared through the door that seemed to lead to the kitchen. She was about 5' 6" and she wasn't fat but she wasn't skinny either. I'd have said about a size 14/16, much the same as myself. She had very long dark hair tied back into a thick and bushy pony tail. "What another one? That's 20 this week and it's only Monday" she said as she smiled at him then gave him a big kiss on the lips."So who's your new friend?" She asked looking at me."I'm Heather" I said holding out my hand to shake hers."My goodness, you're freezing Heather. We get a lot of people out this way who have broken down. The water's hot, there are fresh towels I'll get for you and bring to you when I come for your clothes" She said ushering me towards the stairs."But I don't want to impose at all, a coffee and a telephone call would be fine. I just need to get back to civilisation and somewhere I can hire a car while mines being fixed""I won't hear any of this. Mike will show you where the bathroom is, go get into a nice hot bath and I'll bring your towels"I looked at Mike for some sort of cue of what to do??? This was the first chance I'd had to have a good look at him. He was about 5; 10" tall, short dark hair and not a bad body. A bit of a tum but otherwise in pretty good shape from what I could see."Don't look at me Heather, I have to do as I'm told too or she hurts me and I've gotta live with her" he said while smiling broadly. "I'll show you where the bathroom is, go on. You're soaked and you're freezing" He said gesturing for me to follow him up the stairs.I shrugged my shoulders and decided it was a good idea. I was cold and I was wet, Mike & Vicky seemed really nice so what the hell! I followed Mike the the stairs into a small but well set out bathroom. "I'll leave you to it, I won't ask if you want your back scrubbed" he said as he left the room.I turned on the mixer tap and started to run my bath. As I started to get undressed Vicky walked in and instinctively I used my clothes to cover myself. I was still in my bra and knickers, but I was still embarrassed. "Don't be shy Heather, you've got nothing I haven't got. Here's your towels, you have a good soak and warm up" she said placing the towels on a stool and leaving, "I'll be back in a few minutes for your clothes" she said as she leftI stopped the taps, swirled my hands around in the water and then got undressed. I slipped into the hot water and my body started to tingle all over as the warmth penetrated it. I closed my eyes and started to drift into a light sleep, I felt exhausted. The door of the bathroom opened, Vicky came in, gather up my clothes, said "Nice tits" and left!I was a little shocked at this! I wasn't sure what to do so I lay back and considered my options. Hmmmm they weren't many. I was now in a strangers house, in a strangers bath, stark naked with no clothes other than a couple of towels. I had no mobile signal so calling for hep wasn't an option. But they had been nice and they hadn't seemed odd at all. A bit pushy maybe but it was pushy on things that made sense, not daft ideas.I decided that they were probably not a threat so I'd go with the flow and see what happened.I finished my bath and Vicky appeared again as I stepped out the bath with a robe for me to put on. My clothes were still going through the wash. I dried myself off and put on the robe. I went down the stairs and headed for where I heard voices.Mike and Vicky were in the kitchen chatting. "Hi Heather, enjoy your soak?" Mike asked."Yes, very much so. Thank you" I said gratefully, "May I use the phone now to call a garage?" I asked as politely as I possibly could. I had to control myself because this was the ultimate question really. Was I going to be a prisoner here and were they two lunatics or was I going to be allowed to call for help?To be continued .... . Probably tomorrow |
